Rooted Wisdom Africa stimulates economic self-sufficiency through several programs that provide “hand-up” assistance for families to develop their own revenue streams and provide strong roots to support their families.

Creating opportunities for communities to support themselves through advanced farming practices sustainably
The Women's Enterprise Training Program supports women in launching or expanding a family business through business management courses, skill building, and start-up funding to make her dream of attaining economic self-sufficiency and food security a reality.
The Life Skills Program offers students between the ages of 12 and 18 the opportunity to reach their full potential through academic scholarships, vocational skill building, personal and professional development courses, school supplies, and a school feeding program.
The Farmer Field School Program equips current or aspiring farmers with the skills needed to expand their crop production and income through business management courses, technical training, and hands-on practical applications using no-cost or low-cost sustainable farming techniques.
The Collegiate Education Training Program combats Uganda's high unemployment rates by offering students between the ages of 18 and 23 the opportunity to continue education by learning a trade that addresses a local need or service.
