Voices of IMPACT
Program Successes To Date

The Life Skills lessons have helped me build a foundation for the future I desire.

Zzalwango Sumayiya, LS Program Graduate

As a teacher, I’ve learned so many things. The most striking piece of knowledge was teaching us how to be innovative by using every possible opportunity. And for the students, it empowers them to be assertive and know their rights. It teaches them to look beyond their parents and actively participate in improving their home living conditions.

Flavia Nassozi, St. James School Teacher

Rooted Wisdom Africa taught me the value of remaining in school. I am more aware of why I should fight all temptations (to drop out) as a girl child. I am just so happy to be in school, and these lessons are so good.

Nakabugo Halima, LS Program Graduate
