Eric Mwange

As the organization’s Operations Manager in Uganda, Eric oversees all on-the-ground staff and program activities that help families become economically, socially, and environmentally self-sustainable. Eric is passionately committed to the delivery of organizational development and fundraising with 15 years of leadership experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors across various sub-African countries. Eric has a proven track record in working with donor agencies, governments, civil society and the private sector to deliver development programs to underserved communities, forge innovative partnerships and strengthen community development. Eric believes in evidence-based, human-centered intervention, acknowledging that our communities are the main stakeholders, and are themselves the drivers of change.
